Thus if a gun were stolen it would still have the lock. There are many cases every year where kids are killed playing with guns ...Kids in law biding homes....Again and again what would it hurt? You can talk about accountability till blue in the face...Some people have lacked accountability since time began and some will continue to do so. Punishment after the fact does not bring back dead children ....But a little compromise by the NRA may save young lives...... Too bad that they don't care..
