The SEC had jurisdiction for stock fraud. They do not have the manpower to investigate every allegation. Most stock frauds are never investigated. If they do target a individual or group working together the target usually is manipulating several stocks at the same time. The SEC usually will select only one stock that is being manipulated by the group to make their case. History has shown us after they obtain the conviction it is usually a result of a plea bargain. The plea is a slap on the wrist. The SEC rarely recovers any money especially if the money has been transferred out of the country. They do get a lot of press from their indictments and plea bargains but the people who have been cheated very rarely get any other satisfaction. Way too many crooks for the SEC to go after. I'm not saying this stock is a fraud but when it smells it is usually rotten. Rotten fruits can be caused by several things. Buyer beware. I will try not to bash it but it is because it is no fun for the people buying so they buy at their own risk.
