You didn't realize that you were talking to a procstockologist. Now there's nothing wrong with shorting. It's this ego driven bashing by self styled gurus and guru bum kissers that bugs me.

There has been a very vocal group of shorts who basically have the same modus operandi for every short they do. You could virtually take their posts on threads and just change the name of the poster and the stock.

They don't do any research, they merely use their scare tactics -- "POS" "secondary" "more stock will be sold" "POS" "turd". They use outdated information from the time the company was in its formative stages. Usually they have "shorted" at the high (or incredibly at higher than the high on some overseas stock hacienda or mosque.)

I've posted about them before. The key is to watch particularly the YAHOO thread.

When they get particularly vociferous and their IQ shows, it is usually a buy signal. One of my best "perverse indicators." Don't need no stinkin' charts. This indicator has made me tons and tons of money.

When they say next step bankruptcy, they you know it's going up.
