he better know how to calculate the penalties for not paying for a few years ... had a consultant in a while back (this guy has a PhD) -- I didn't scream SELL at him or anything like that. I just told him that I had inherited a little bit of money and that I was putting a good part of it toward paying off my mortgage quicker ... He looked at ne like I wasn't all there and said, "Everyone knows that paying off your mortgage quicker isn't a good idea." Don't know whether he is invested in Rambo or not, but probably something just as bad. I don't know how many other folks have told me the same thing ... don't underestimate the leverage. You read stuff like that in the rap and think it is isolated -- think again.
