re: PG Island quotes in Cyber Well this part of the answer just illustrates further my unhappiness with support and attitudes at cyber the past few months. I dont think I would have received a reply last spring or summer that 'you should contact Island to find out if they were testing.' THAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CYBERCORP. Here a customer tells you that there were many quotes being display as Island in the stock box for PG. Well, dont you think that this could be a damn serious problem? How am I suppose to know 'Oh ignore those pesky island quotes they are just testing'? This also affects the way the TOS tape is displayed when island was the inside and market was dealing on exchange prices outside. Have you considered how distracting it is to have 'test' quotes in a live issues? Have you tested your system for these Island tests? What if I tried to short below and island bid? Would the order reject? Would I then have to go dialing for either tech support, and then brokerage to manualy enter an order? I wrote: Re PG and island, is this a case of just Cyber not being able to trade PG via island? There were many, many island prices displayed in PG today, where were they coming from?
