Guy,

I was put stock once about 3 days before expiration.

Funny....although we know it rarely happens like this, I was happy to be put, because to stock move up 3 point to close well over the expiration strike.

My broker and I laughed about it; attributing it to a "scared" newbie options investor.

I have not sold calls, covered or naked. I only bought calls, slightly OTM, and yesterday I closed them when they were DIM. I think I will shop around for some more slightly OTM calls, at cheaper prices, and hope to ride them up again.
