Since Divi deal was announced (10/99), the number of HLIT
shares short has increased more than tenfold. How many of
these are value-conscious CUBE owners wanting to play CUBE
semi only? When deal goes through, their short position
will be covered when they receive their HLIT shares. Will
other CUBE owners dump some HLIT at that point to
reallocate money into the new CUBE? Does HLIT take a
temporary hit at that point? Anyone have a feel for this?

John was kind enough to share his plans. What is everyone
else going to do with their HLIT shares? I haven't decided
yet--but I'll probably keep some and sell some. It's a
nice problem to have, but for the first time as a CUBE
owner (about 3 years), I don't know what to do!
