Guess its time we posted the obvious. Our technical guru says we are in a major breakout here.Close over .50 indicates unlimited upside potential after serious accumulation in the .40s. Perhaps all our talk about patience is once again proving its mettle. We should see some announcements soon[buying in these volumes indicate some one knows something] Probably just recognition that all the delays and restructuring in Tracker is completed and besides Florida there may be more significant contract announcements. Just the start .Don't be in a hurry to sell too soon or you will leave an aweinspiring amount of money on the table. Having said the above-remember,nothing ever goes up in a straight line .There will be down days but this stock will always rise to the top. Good luck to all.
