Thanks for posting that Toni... actually, we have been getting into the details of that article on the astn board. That issue is my big holding, and has been for the last year. ATG, the company behind astn, has a vwap SEC approved ATS which is about to go live for Institutional Investors- and their system has been built to specifically address these wrongs. The II's will be first up for the system. Then, I believe the general public will see some relief from all this chicanery (which is voluminous!). dd
