<<You are severely inclined to hyperbole and disinformation. By now you should have realized that you only look more foolish with every post.>>

Let me ask which was the hyperbole and disinformation Rich. Did VLNC book any contracts at all (major or otherwise) last winter or spring? Did Castle Creek short the stock or not? Did VLNC break even last quarter or did they post another huge loss?

All of these were your disinformation and hyperbole, and all of these were grossly incorrect. Now you predict that VLNC will earn profits over the next 12 months that are 6X the projected amount of revenue. Personally, I think this is highly unlikely and even hyperbolistic. Just as I thought breaking even last quarter was highly unlikely.

Additionally, you are trying to misrepresent the SEC filings in an attempt to discredit their accuracy. You claim they still say only prototype products are available. They actually say that only "very limited amounts of commercial product are available." A clever attempt to disinform the reader, Rich. Discredit the SEC filings by misrepresenting them and then proving the misrepresentation to be incorrect. Nice try, I'll give you that much.

I think the truth of the matter is just what Lev said when questioned about the discrepancies between the SEC filings and their PRs and conference calls. Lev said "both are correct," and I agree with him. They do have purchase orders now and they are producing "very limited amounts of commercial product." So both the PRs and the SEC filings are correct.

The real question is whether the ability to produce very limited amounts of commercial product means they have solved the problems of mass production and now will be able to produce sufficient quantities of product at acceptable yields to earn a profit sufficient to justify the current market cap. The market is clearly betting they have. A reading of the SEC filings would suggest this is still a very open question.
