Thanx Tef, I bet you're right about GMST.

For QCOM, I certainly enjoyed a good part of the runup last year, and I'm willing to hold on to my common and leaps while it consolidates even if that takes a while...

Teflon,
The longer the consolidation period for Qualcomm the stronger the breakout will be. Most often the breakout is to the upside after periods such as this. If you consider that the momentum is resting for now the technique used to find a target price is to measure the distance on the chart from today's date back to the start of this period(Jan 10) and swing an arc upwardward to find the price that renewed momentum may provide. Test this method on any chart or follow this link and measure the distance from mid Nov. to Mid Jan when the breakout occurred, swing that line vertical and you will find the recent top for CNXT. Pretty neat huh? Also look at JDSU consolidation from late Jan to late Feb, draw the line, swing the arc and where does it go? To yesterdays high range and now we are seeing consolidation. Please don't tell anyone else about this because if too many people hear about it they will also be able to set exit targets.
