Hello, candide ... I'm new here drawn by many things ... one is Voltaire! He is a riot -- I love his synopses of market conditions and his unique way of expressing it! I also own some of the stocks discussed here and also am a boomer on verge of retiring. The CC discussion is very compelling and like many others here appear to be doing, I'm studying it, etc. I'm in RMBS at avg cost basis $170 after trading it several times on the way up from 70s. You mention you "covered" at $260. Would you mind explaining that a little more? I feel like I should be DOING SOMETHING to protect the profits ... am too inexperienced to have any confidence in shorting, for example.
