The Call Center Closing should not be material to EDS - To the unfortunate employees that are affected, it will be material but to EDS with an annual revenue of $16B it will not be material. It does illustrate how the company will react to the loss of a contract revenue stream. I am sure that EDS protected itself on the early termination liability with relevent protection on leases etc. Maybe Mr. Greenspan's higher interest rates had some affect on this outcome.
