Mike: Good morning. Thanks. My wife is doing much better. Gives me a little more time, but not much. On the news story, I think it is wishful thinking. A McCain third party bid would ensure a Gore presidency. McCain is smart enough to know he will be a political outcast if he goes that route. I think he is faithful to the party and won't jeopardize Bush's chances. Personally, I'd like to see Bush offer McCain the Veep spot and I hope McCain would take it. Job one should be eliminating all vestiges of the Clinton/Gore corruptocracy. I think McCain believes in this strongly because he is a decent and honorable man. JLA
