Hiya, Steve, I believe both Jeffrey and I are simply out, though I can't speak with certainty about his positions. We've both done our DD, but if you can point out the key facts he and I have overlooked, well, I'm all ears. My take is that CYPB's near to intermediate term fate is in the hands of the HCFA. In this general bitoech frenzy, speculators seem to think HCFA will cover the PROSORBA, widening its use. If I could straddle this stock with options, I would. Anyways, congrats on a nice hold so far. Cheers, Tuck

Hiya Steve, There are what two posters exchanging ideas here at SI. Tuck & I. So I suppose I was trying to persuade tuck to sell. Come on. Actually I have been effectively trading CYPB for awhile. I missed yersterday by a 15 min decision. I saw accumulation as Distribution...Realized the difference when I checked something...Too late...I never chase a stock. So I said $6.5 & it managed $7. I expect $4.75 to $5 because this was obviously a P&D...No News. Translated...Shares in Shares out. No real change in value when P&D & Daytraders are responsible for a stocks activity. Even a rookie trader knows that much. No matter there are thousands of stocks to trade. If you see me spending time with a stock it is because there is likely still upside potential. I would like to hear your take. BTW: I would have shorted CYPB at $7 if I knew for certain this were a P&D. In fact if I could do it all over again I would. Trust me if it hits there again on Thur or Fri w/o news I will. I am a trader I don't fall in love with a stock... : ) PS: tuck excellent call on PLC over the past few days.
