Williams Companies. Unit Buys BayCorp Energy Trading Unit Stake (Dow Jones Online News, 03/7/2000 15:47) TULSA, Okla. -(Dow Jones)- Williams Cos. (WMB) unit, Williams Energy Marketing & Trading Co., agreed to buy a minority stake in Houston Street Exchange, a majority-owned unit of BayCorp Holdings Ltd. (MWH). Financial terms weren't disclosed. In a press release Tuesday, Williams said the Portsmouth, N.H.-based HoustonStreet.com has established itself as an exchange for wholesale power trading since its launch in July 1999. rande- your not selling lptha are you? im very cautious, but i sold my oex puts and i think we will get a nice bounce today, bought some lu too on dip, im still looking for 4500 on nasdaq to get real agressive, but i do think we will see a decent bounce shortly, elaborate a little more on your thoughts thanks
