That sounds very very bad. I'd change immediately. YOU'll be off the field for about 4 days, but it will be worth it. Check Brown..excellent customer service

The last time I bitched, they gave me a $250 credit for commissions, and "upgraded" me to Velocity and their Platinum service. So I try calling the 1-800 number this morning and IT'S BUSY!
