I agree that MSFT is and has always been a master of VAPORWARE and F.U.D. (fear, uncertainty & doubt). This brings to mind the question of the "quiet period". I posted and received an answer to my request for a definition of a "quiet period". However, does anyone know specifically and definitively what is the official END of the quiet period for PALM/COMS? It would seem to me that there must be an entire BARRAGE of positive press releases queued up and awaiting release. The official end of the quiet period would be a likely place for an upward pop in PALM & (hopefully) COMS. I'm eagerly awaiting that date and the arrival of the IRS letter approving the spin-off. COMS seems to be drifting listlessly and needs some upward impetus. (For example, how could PALM go UP this morning and COMS go DOWN? I thought that the investor community was becoming aware of the valuation disparity and the likelihood that COMS will adjust UPWARDS in keeping with the distribution ratio.)

THANK YOU
