MMDI: update on shell I spoke to Jason Sunstein (619-718-6370) this morning. Their attorney completed DD on two companies in Salt Lake City last week. They are looking to get letters of intent next week. I added to my position yesterday and today. This stock moves on very little volume . . . it is very tight. If/when they get a reverse merger, it could move very well IMHO. I show O/S of 8,600,657 (as of 1/19/2000) with insiders holding 6,067,443 or 70.54% of the outstanding. The float appears to be about 2,533,214.
