I'll be interested to see how long investors are prepared to invest in p/e ratios of 100+ in a toppy Nasdaq over a p/e ratio of less than 1 in Hurricane. I don't think anyone could argue you have far less downside risk vs. potential gains than in Tech stocks at these levels.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a return of investors looking for a safe bet
