Folks! It is not happening with just the Dow and in the US. It is also happening on the other side of the planet. In India, stocks in construction, auto, steel, pharmaceuticals have been clobbered in the last 3 months. Money's flowing out of those stocks and into the ICE stocks (information technology, communications and entertainment) sending their P/Es to the sky...
