My memory must be fading. My techs have been so well in Y2K, +40% to date, that I thought surely BPNYSE must have been in Xs. :)

What is your opinion of bifurcation of NYSE and NASDQ performance? Can we safely view techs as a separate and self-contained market, independent of the broader market? If so, we would not need heed bearish BPNYSE, 20 Bond, 10 Week MA.
