Rande and all, I've been away for a while (personal and work reasons). Holding to my plan, though. Anyone remember RSAS at 55-60, NTRO at 35-40, SAPE at 75-80, or even PNLK at about 3?? Those were a few I mentioned in weeks past. OTBecause of the many profitable suggestions and picks from this thread, I was able to help my brother through a painful divorce by buying out his wife's half of his house. That prevented a forced sale and smoothed over one of the most agonizing times of his life. Thank you, Rande; thanks to all who contribute here! P.S.--And yes, Rande, she is "the one!" Regards, Mark
