ETRADE condones this behavior by the people who pay ET to send them their order flow. If you complain, you will get told that a 'trade enquiry' will be instigated. This means that 1.) there is a 1% chance ET will get back to you and refuse to rectify the situation or 2.) most likely you will never hear back from ET, even if you complain about not hearing back from them. I know from experience. I won't go into all the ridiculous bllsht I've heard from the Customer Service people over the phone as well. Bond

Can hardly get pages to load in on the site. If they do come, it takes about 2 minutes. I've tried 4 different ISPs and it's always the same. Nice if you wish to change or cancel an order! Same crap website as always, I see. Bond
