More from MSDW. Keeps stock at an outperform by the way.

During its presentation, Cymer increased its C2000 estimate for the
deep-UV (DUV) photolithography system market to 600+ units from 550
previously. This should drive upside bookings, revenue, and EPS
results for Cymer in F1Q00 (March) and beyond (ASML also benefits from
this trend).

In January, Cymer suggested its bookings could be flat in F1Q00
(March), but based on the above, it now looks like they will increase
sequentially in F1Q00 and F2Q00, and probably in F3Q00 and F4Q00 as
well.

Based on the success of its 6000 Series 2KHz laser products for
scanning photolithography systems (0.18-microns and below
applications), Cymer's market share at Nikon is running ahead of plan
year-to-date and looks like it will be above plan for the entire year.

Faster-than-expected revenue growth in upcoming quarters should drive
Cymer to its target operating margin objective (20%-22%+) in F3Q00. We
are currently forecasting that as a F4Q00 event.
