Yes, the buyout of CJE is a great deal for BEC - unfortunately I happen to think it is a lousy deal for CJE shareholders (of which I happen to be one). The value of the deal was actual at a DISCOUNT to current CJE price if you can believe it. However, it is about what I expect from the incompetent management at CJE. (Guess it looks like I will be getting some BEC shares after all).

So - with the acquisition BEC will be at 2000 boepd (at a 60/40 split gas/oil) since CJE is primarily a natural gas producer. Same numbers as good ol LBR ;-)

Have you find out any info on LBR management?
