Other than huge wholesalers like HRZG and NITE (and even them only to a limited extent), MMs don't want inventory, by and large, on ARSD or any stock. If they're not offering on behalf of a real live seller, they will sell it short and then go high bid to buy it back. Very basic stuff.

Size is 14 x 37 so someone has 3,700 shares to sell.
