I went thru it last year with them, even their executions were horrible last year, they're a little better this year. fwiw : I got the same response last year - didn't trade for almost a year with them. I think they really don't give a damn, which to me, is a definite reason to move accounts...

I think E*Trade has much better level of customer service...not a reliable site though....but let me know if you find something better than Schwab...I'll move as well...

Tom, it looks like SCH is not being very proactive on both the reliability and customer service issues.

next topic........

OK so how do we feel about SLNK, after the pullback?

I think the OLB will be an issue for a long time into the future. When the market gets into "fast moving" mode the only solid way (to get the trade off)currently is to have a broker. The problem there is far too many of them either play too damn much golf or they don't have the resources to back them up to make sure everyone is taken care of. Find a guy who answers his calls and doesn't take you to the cleaners on each transaction. They're out there. Even if you pay more I think you'll find that you make up for it over the long haul.

Wow, Tom, that's quite an amazing correspondence! I'm cracking up at the canned and unresponsive emails to your sincere questions. Sheesh!

BTW, I've unwound almost all my short-term options positions and have taken some profits on my stocks. i think we're seeing the beginning of some softness in tech due to tax season selling. BWDIK. Sure feels good to be partly in cash, though.
