From TMF #8909: I called Dell and asked what the ship time was for the 1Ghz system. After putting me on hold and doing a lot of checking the answer came back "We don't offer that yet". When I directed them to the Yahoo post that said they did, they told me that it would probably be at least a month if not 2 before these systems were even available. I would not be happy if I were an INTC or DELL investor. Luckily I dumped my DELL earlier. Lynn Hmm. If they won't be available for a month or two and the Nvidia 64MB special was only going to be for a couple of months then how many will Dell need to be able to provide? Margins are probably great though, even with the 256MB or RDRAM (presumably the 800 variety). PT
