"Q" - keep your KMG ! but, here is another thought - BSNX

I was just torquing you on KMG earlier - a gem core hold.

I am not commiting any SEC violations - as I am not in the "business" and am not an insider etc . - but, 2nd hand info from Franklin Resources that I have is confirmed by this site - which I am scanning all morning (anyone have any other Institutional ownership sites better ?)I really like this site - hell, I think I got the link from SargeK - thanks !

Anyway; I really like Franklin Resources, Putnam, Neuberger Berman and of course FMR as top Oilpatch firms; my info is that Franklin loved BSNX and was buying the blow off with total confidence. The "story" is the pristine balance sheet which sets BSNX apart and their offshore GOM play in addition to the onshore Nat Gas base that they have. I like the fact that the top holders of BSNX bought heavy into this selloff - I really like this company and those with low debt structures are NOT wasting revenue on interest coverage.

This NG rally that I love for 2000 will really impact companies like BSNX who have low interest covg & low finding expense. The will flow money to the bottom line at this $3ish NG level - big money.

Jim L - knows another of my sm cap NG pureplay fav's - HSE - this little monster does have high debt - the opposite of BSNX - but, the best example of a high debt company that is firing on ALL cylinders - nearly $7 in cfps and is $15- $17 of late a cfps multiple of 2 x ?!?!? - this WILL be a $30 stock in 15 mos imho - I love HSE as the high debt - leverage play and BSNX as the low debt - high drillbit upside play.

I am on Espresso #4 today - as if you can't tell - honestly; sometimes you just get in a "zone" - hopping from one hit to the next to the next - "nothing but net" - sorry for the hubris, but when I'm in the "ZONE" - just gimmie the ball (VBG)

MLRC
RGO
BSNX

I also am adding bits of refiners here who benefit on the potential decline in crude - AND the spreads on products - gasoline prices here... I like TSO - VLO is the mo-mo fav' and is moving - but, pricey - but has huge EPS upside over the next two years. holding MRO in size from $21ish and love it here as well - $35 by year end is a chip shot for MRO and remember per Barrons - USX may spin off MRO and that is said to be instantly - $6-$7 for MRO if it happens - cheap fundies and a core holder imo.

Drillers on pullbacks here are good idea's Jon - GLM getting lots of hype on CNBC of late and FLC is the one to keep adding on any substantial pullback imho - $70 price target on FLC today ? - unbeleiveable... $5 - whodathunkit - can you imagine if FLC had leaps at $5 - what they'd be worth at $70 ?
