(OTCBB Listed: CWRC, CWRCE) Recently the Company has been prominently mentioned in a series of news releases published by various agencies and on the Internet as one of many securities manipulated by a group of brokerage houses and individuals beginning in 1993. Formal charges filed in Federal District Court do not include Country World Casinos or accuse the company with any wrongdoing.
