I just tried to make an 800# call and no cigar. I called customer care and was told that I couldn't do it. Hell, I knew that! Then I got upset and told them that I was told in early or mid Jan that it would be available in a matter of days, not weeks. So he transferred me to his supervisor who said he thought they were working on it but did not know the status. Well you can imagine my response. It wasn't pleasant. I am supposed to get another call after they figure out what the hell is going on. I don't like being lied to. This is the first bad experience I have had as a subscriber and I hope it is my last.
