Their recent drilling news release is the fundamental driver in addition to good institutional confidence.

We shall see - I don't hold that much - enough to be excited; but this will be a success story to a major degree down the road - their drilling is shallow and cheap and close in - they just got their pipeline in place - they've did everything they said they would - its been a slow, but steady development play.

OXY is really interesting here - good volume , the sellers are getting a good exit opp here - and when they are gone; this flys to mid $20s imo. Controversial company - they've just done some neat deals... we shall see.
