Glenn, all I can say your a busy boy, but who's minding the stores?

I have been so am very tired.

Why you just don't turn your portfolio over to Mark Fowler to manage for you is beyond me.

I joked about that in a PM to him once. I sure use a lot of his suggestions. He is very good.

Could you imagine Mark being my landlord and calling me up for the rent?

Mark is too polite. He would likely let it slide<G>
