Janice, I believe that both women went to the same fertility clinic and the woman in question was impregnanted with her own and someone else's egg. I dont' recall if it was due to a mixup of eggs or from contamination (like using the same injector thingy on both women). The woman gave the child to the biological parents under some kind of visitation agreement which has been violated and both couples are now in court. If I recall correctly
