Hi, John:

I was just speculating it might either be a large position to sell from insider finally filled or a large short position finally covered. It would make sense for the CEO to unload some to increase the float and liquidity of SYNT. I think institution will be more inclined to invest in in SYNT.

The timing also would make sense since SYNT just announced the earning on 2/16/00 and insiders only have up to 30 days B4 next earning (that will be 4/16/00) to sell....

I would say if Satish did sell, it will be good for SYNT.
