Amazing that we have already experienced a 10% correction from the highs.
I would rather have this selling ahead of the split as that would make for a nice bounce afterwards---of course each point after split is like 2 right now. Strange logic but I think it will hold true.

JDSU gets hit a little more than a SDLI or GLW due to Nasdaq100 selling or shorting as it is a big component of this index.

with the split adjusted price not far away, JDSU was beaten down today so that the big boys could load up their boats before the split. I think $300 by Friday's close is now imminent.

Majority of Merrill Lynch comments, upgrades and downgrades on stocks are at best suspect. Please read the book" WALL STREET GANG" . They do this either for their own account or large institutional clients. Remember, Jeffrey Vinik in 1996, when MU reached $96.00 per share he was unloading the stock and AT THE SAME TIME in the press praising the stock as a good buy.!! (MU closed $11.00 per share two months later)IMHO, ML attempted to bring JDSU price down in order to buy it cheaper at later day.I notice Maria acting like their spokesperson on CNBC in the morning.
