It could be, I don't know the exact % holdings by institutions and insiders as they tend to change frequently.
I have contacted the company to see they have any current data on it, I don't know whether I'll get an answer but if I do I can post the info here. Information I have seen shows that the insiders have sold some 1.5 mil shares during the last 6 months (I don't blame them) and that they still own considerable number of shares. As long as they are not abandoning ship by dumping all their shares I am not really concerned.

Anyway the important thing is Brocade thus far has beaten the competition hands down in their segment and that is the main story here.

Insiders own 94% of shares.

That's one of the biggest reasons I invested in BRCD--tiny float means big moves. I see this selling as a NON-event.
