<<And yes, in that case I think we may be back to the "Buddy" scenario. Should "Buddy" have shown her any violence, she'd have been astounded, I think.>>

I think SJ was astounded period. That's why I don't think were any defense wounds. Everyone acts differently when under tremendous stress. I know I've read and heard accounts of soldiers who just plain froze in place once the battle began.

I brought up the possibility of "buddy" way back on here as something that needed to be checked out.

The meeting could have been arranged while SJ was still at the party. Just a thought.

If Suzanne really did say it, then almost certainly she was killed by someone she knew. She might have said it before he began to attack her. Could he have been trying to have sex with her?

Possibly in a car a block south of the found body an argument started. A sexual advance was made..(I can't believe you are doing this) Then she got out of the car. The driver stopped the car and chased her. She screamed as she was running. He jumped her from behind. As she fell to the ground he slit her throat. She was face down so any blood went into the grass..hence the bloodless knife attack and no blood on the street. Then to finish the act in an emotional frenzy a quick series of stabs to the head.
