You seem to have an anti-Rambus bias, correct me if I'm wrong. The fact that they've been selected by Intel for desktop solutions (not servers) and by Sony for Playstation 2, those are pretty good endorsements by folks that know technology. Also, the patent lawsuit on SDRAM, really a longshot, could be huge.

I wouldn't attempt an opinion on if Rambus potential is worth it's stock price, anymore than I would AMZN or YHOO. But I do think that they have some strong sponsors, so the stocks increase in price may not be totally out of proportion.
