PR on split...

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has
approved a two-for-one split of the Company's outstanding shares
of common stock. The stock split will be effected in the form of a

outstanding share of common stock held on the record date. The
stock dividend will be distributed on April 3, 2000. Redback
Networks Common Stock will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis

Whoopee! Rightline Split Report chalks up another one. They have been so accurate that I can't sing their praises enough. Can't wait for the split run to break $400.
