OK, that makes sense. The lady I spoke to gave me the impression that IBM has not had any 1 GHz system for shipment yet. I think the initial "in stock" was just a mistake.

Thread - there is an article on TheStreet.com titled "A History Lesson in Insider Sales at AMD". Though I don't think they're a very credible site, I'm interested to see what it says.

I do not subscribe, and am at a remote location. Could anyone who has access to this article copy & paste it? Thank you in advance.

Nice support at $53. I would have purchased more below $50 today if I had the chance.
