The biggest problem with it that I see, is McCain would have to modify his campaign finance "reform" message to a certain extent. I think if he were to agree with Bush's position on labor union payroll protection, it would be workable. Additionally, I think the guy is a walking Ego, so he'd have some major attitude adjustments to deal with.

Neocon, I really hope it is a Bush/McClain ticket. The balance would be good for the nation. BTW, did you see what that idiot Rather is still trying to push on CBS evening news tonight? He is still hoping that McCain runs as an independent because he knows that Gore would be in danger of obscurity without a split up in the party. I am so ashamed to admit that Rather is, or was, a Texan. The only reason that he caught the network's eye, is because he stood out on the seawall at Galveston when hurricane Carla came rampaging through, and almost got washed away forever. I, almost, wish I had rooted for the storm.
