I look for three things before entering a stock these days. 1.) Oversold condition 2.) Good Fundamental Story 3.) Hot Sector Dynamics. If I can find that kind of stock in a sector that is already on fire then it simply becomes a waiting game. A few posts back someone mentioned how much hype there can be in a press release. It is a company's job to promote its stock as well as its products. As an investor I applaud press releases like that from Agilent the other day or this one from VNTK today: Vianet Technologies Releases Revolutionary Starburst Line For Fiber-to-the-Home Leading Integration Partner Opicom Co. Ltd. Leads Korean Telco Transition Toward True Broadband Access Solutions biz.yahoo.com; NOYR was oversold. You will see some kind of press that will make you glad you bought it. You already have had plenty of time to see the ADAP connection. RTS
