When HWP goes ex-Agilent the HWP stock should theoretically drop by 0.373 times the price of Agilent. At today's prices, the current cum-Agilent HWP price would drop by 0.373($150), or approximately $56.

I believe the stock price after HP distributes Agilent will be determined by what investors are willing to pay for HP less an asset. Not by some formula. The value of the two separate stocks may be more or less than the two together.
