Are we sure that Thoughtshare is onside? As I understand it the 65% which MMI does not own is 35% Simon Frazer University (SFU) and 30% to the professors and students, who developed the software at SFU.

Universities are probably worse that Government in the decision making process, and individuals tend to seek a lot of outside advice, especially when the stake is a large as this appears to be.

If MMI, SFU, and the concerned individuals don't have their ducks in a row, and present a united front to CDNX, - what would we expect the exchange to do? Delay in hopes that the parties will unite.

Just a thought, and would be interested in opinions.
