okay.....how tedious.... 1) verifiable....what verification do you refer to/require? 2) read the filings......own hardware, software and gee....what is the basis of most internet startups....the idea/process. 3) what secretary? many officers are spread out around the country. Its a startup....its a spec play....no one invested here thinks otherwise. they have a home office where tom and others work. half truths are so much fun! 4) auditor quit? oh....you mean the cpa.....retired. LOL! 5) lawsuit....settled. old news. 6) 777WINS....old news. 7) IFR covered it. Bloomburg covered it today. Institutions are buying it. I don't know of any analysts covering Yahoo or AOL or Ebay when they were startups. 8) Cheap 144 stock....being held by longs who aren't quick to sell. show me some proof....show me the 144 filings for selling such stock please. 9) how the heck did you calculate that market cap???!!! sad, sad, sad.......

Eddie, i read your list i can't ansewer all them questions right now but i will try and find something out, but where did you see that the insiders are selling don't they have to file with the SEC i think its a form a 144 right? they are required to file in advance and i don't remember seeing any such form filed, if you have it would you post it so everyone could see it that would be something i would call A FACT...... i believe the 777 web site has been covered. i'll look for the other ansewers, management works part time HMMM manny and tom have been working very hard to put the deals with e-funds, palm and empire finace group just these 3 ideas will generate revenues in the Future. Eddie when you come across that 144 post it to me THANKS JIM FEN
