Hi Dealer, spent morning talking to a lady that is on disability, has an alcoholic daughter 35 years old, has lost her insurance, spends 1,500 a month on one shot of some kind, takes care of her 97 year old father. This lady is a total wreck and was being forced to sell her home in order to live. She has about $400,000 equity in her home and is getting ready to buy another place and spend the other money on survival. She has been living on a beautiful lake for 20 years and was going to have to leave. She is going to get $75,000 worth of equity and I will write calls for her with a little margin and make her about $18,000 next month on the April Elon calls. She left crying. Will change her life. Spent afternoon planting five gallon Azaleas and putting down a couple of tons of dirt and listening to my music. The Beanos are a hard lot, sometimes I get along with them and sometimes they are just assh----! V
