You can still sell, the E means if there SEC filings are not up to date real soon they go to the pink sheets, not to many come back from there. IMHO.

Exactly, my advise to you Augs is to unload whatever you've got while you still can. Unless, of course, you've got a couple (or more) months to wait for this company to get it's sh*t together and file with the SEC (if they even bother). A company getting kicked off of the BB to the pink sheets could very well be a death sentence. I experienced it with INFE. Get out now.
