But what a sweet comment it is.

Speaking of news, the latest issue of Time again features a Honk Kong/China/Internet-related cover. This time it focuses on Richard Li, son of the Li, billionaire tycoon. Haven't made my way through the six-page article yet, but the spotlight is on the younger Li's takeover of local telecom (in the general news lately of course), with an emphasis on the broadband/Internet play. Why is Time devoting so much front-page coverage to China's Net plays, I wonder. Not that we should complain :) , but it is curious. Is it a change in editorial stance, or a fascination with the potential of the Internet's head-on clash with the world's largest untapped market? In the five years I've followed Time on the news rack at work, I've never seen such cover-story emphasis given to a non-U.S. theme. Food for thought, and surely a good, if indirect, sign.
